This course will give an overview of corporate governance and ethics landscape in Malaysia, relevant acts, standards and role of various organizations, in promoting better corporate governance. It will analyze the reasons for failure of corporate governance and will discuss importance of internal control, risk management and governance to Malaysian businesses. Techniques of analyzing risks and governance will also be discussed.
