This course provides foundation and conceptual framework of integration management. The discussion will begin with the introduction of integration management and its functions in the world in promoting the area of project management. In this relation, Project Management Institute (PMI) will be introduced to the students as recognized and professional institution for project management. This is covered first in the PMBOK® Guide, but it’s about bringing together everything you know so that you are managing your project holistically and not in individual process chunks.
