Module Synopsis

This course provides foundation and conceptual framework of final project management. The discussion will begin with the introduction of research methodology and its functions in research and development in the area of project management. In this relation, Project Management Institute (PMI) will be introduced to the students as recognized and professional institution for project management. Issues pertaining to PMI credentials, Core values, Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct and Knowledge Areas among the topics to be discussed. The final knowledge is to make student aware and understand the method of handling research according to the academic approach. This takes you through the journey of identifying problem in project management, understanding their role and needs in the project and ensuring that you can deliver new knowledge and innovation. Discussion on final project criteria’s aim to furnish students with issues and challenges, monitoring and fine tune project execution
